How to make cupcakes with banana/ cocoa or blueberry


Ingredients needed for the batter

Add sugar and egg

Whisk to a thick batter

Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sucker into the egg and sugar batter

Like this

Mix it together

Heat milk and butter

Add to the batter and mix it together

Ingredients for the filling; blueberry and banana mixed with cocoa

Divide the batter into two. Add blueberry in one half and the banana/cocoa in the other

Mix it together until it looks something like this

Pour the batter into muffin tins. Bake for about 20 minutes in a 200 C hot oven

Frosting for the banana cupcakes; add butter, cocoa and icing sugar to a bowl

Whisk together until it looks like this

If you have trouble mixing the frosting together, try adding just a bit of milk - it will be a lot easier!

Add frosting to a piping bag and frost your banana muffins!

E.g. Like this

Frosting for the blueberry muffins: add icing sugar, butter and vanilla extract to a bowl

Whisk together until it looks something like this

Add to a piping bag and frost your blueberry muffins. E.g. Like this

If you have some vanilla frosting left after frosting your blueberry muffins; use it on the banana cupcake!
