start with the dry ingredients ! 2 cups of flower .

add 1/3 cup of coco powder

add 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda .

add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

combine them all well and set them aside .

start now with the liquid ingredients. add 3 eggs.

add 1 1/3 cup of granulated sugar .

combine them well until you've reached a creamy consistency .

add to that 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract .

add 200 grams of unsalted butter , proportion to 1 cup .

mix them well .

then add the liquid ingredients with the dry .

combine them well .

this step is tricky . you need to pour the hot water over it while you are whisking or mixing the mixture , so it wouldn't cook the eggs . you could use a processor to do that .

mix it well and you should reach a runny consistency .

pour the mixture in a medium size pan .

leave in the oven for 45 mins on 200 degree celsius.

done ! leave it to cool and you could add whipping cream which i've made or chocolate cream and some M&m 's ;) enjoy .
