Mix together the peeled and diced apple, flour, cinnamon, sugar with a teaspoon of water

Open up pastry

Cut into squares adding a little of the apple mixture over half the pastry

Fold over

Repeat. Put into the oven at 200 degrees fan for 25 minutes

Cook until golden brown

Drizzle with icing and serve hot with ice cream ;)
