All the ingredients you'll need
Sauté onions, garlic and ginger until golden brown.
Fry the onions in the canola oil.
Add garlic and ginger after the onions have cooked for a while.
Add chicken to the onion mix and fry to golden brown.
Chillis, coriander and limes are optional extras.
Add the milk to cover the chicken, add salt and pepper and the curry powder.
Add curry powder and simmer over low hest until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with steamed rice and top with coriander, spring onion, chilli and lime.
